Our facility is equipped with world-class gear processing and inspection equipment such as the Gleason 1500GMM Gear Measurement Center (USA) and ZEISS CMM (Germany). We have a comprehensive suite of product inspection methods, including material physicochemical analysis, mechanical performance testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and burn detection.
Capable of inspecting workpieces with a maximum outer diameter of 1500mm, measuring heights from 30mm to 1300mm, modules from 0.5mm to 32mm, and a maximum face width of 450mm. Measurement accuracy reaches GB/T 10095.1-2008 Grade 2.
Specialized for the precision measurement and inspection of various bevel gears and cylindrical gears.
Can inspect workpieces with maximum dimensions of 1940×1260×950mm. Achieves dimensional measurement accuracy of 0.0016mm and form measurement accuracy of 0.0018mm.
Supports a maximum bearing weight of 18kg. Achieves an imbalance of 0.1 gmm per kilogram of rotor weight on each bearing surface (compliant with ISO 2953 standard).
Achieves roughness measurement accuracy of Ra 0.05 and dimensional measurement accuracy of 0.0005mm.
Capable of inspecting workpieces with maximum dimensions of 300mm (length), 200mm (width), and 200mm (height). Measurement accuracy can reach 0.003mm.
