Kean was established in 2002. In its humble beginnings, the factory was simple and conditions were challenging. Starting with just over a dozen workers and old, second-hand bevel gear processing equipment, our products primarily served as replacement and repair parts for engineering machinery loaders' front and rear axles. Our process involved forging, turning, milling, heat treatment, grinding datum surfaces, and lapping, achieving a precision level of GB Grade 9. This period laid the fundamental groundwork for our specialized production of non-standard gears.

In 2007, to enhance the transmission stability, reduce noise, and improve the precision of our bevel gear products, Kean acquired an older, second-hand Gleason NO.460/137 CNC bevel gear grinding machine from the USA. By adopting a post-heat treatment grinding process, we elevated gear precision to GB/NID Grade 6. From this point, our products entered mid-to-high-end application markets, including high-speed hard-tooth surface reducers, vertical cement mill reducers, and high-speed wire rod rolling mill bevel gearboxes. This significantly boosted Kean's influence within the industry and marked a crucial step in our development.

With the rapid advancement of modern processing technology and the comprehensive application of CNC technology, particularly the global promotion of high-end equipment from advanced countries in Europe, America, and Japan, Kean aimed to meet maximum customer demands and lead the future market. In 2010, we introduced globally top-tier Gleason bevel gear grinding and inspection equipment from the USA. This made Kean one of the most technologically advanced specialized manufacturers in China, contributing significantly to quality improvement across the entire bevel gear application field and helping break foreign monopolies in critical high-end reducers.

To meet maximum customer integration needs and expand our application scope, solidifying Kean's position as a professional manufacturer of high-precision gear transmission components, the company introduced globally top-tier high-precision gear processing equipment in 2016. This included German KAPP ZE400/800 and VX55/59 gear profile grinding machines, German GROB 5-axis universal machining centers, Swiss STUDER, and American Hardinge high-precision CNC external grinding machines, among other advanced equipment. This strategic investment transformed Kean into a primary supporting supplier of high-precision gear transmission components for major manufacturers in the aerospace, aviation, and gas turbine industries.

In 2022, to enhance production capacity and expand our integration capabilities, Kean constructed a new 25,000 square meter production facility. This state-of-the-art facility integrates modernization, intelligence, and automated management information systems. We strive to become the world's most outstanding professional manufacturer of high-precision gear transmission components, making the greatest contributions to driving global progress and leading the future.
